Using the service

You may use Hey Be Sure to arrange daily wellness check-in calls for a family member with their knowledge. You're responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide and for having the family member's consent to be called.

Not a medical or emergency service

Hey Be Sure provides friendly wellness check-ins. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, a monitoring service for medical conditions, or an emergency response service, and it should not be relied on as one. If you believe someone is in danger or needs medical help, contact your local emergency services.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but calls and the dashboard may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll post the current version here.
